The problem is that we have added a more skills to Circle (under 2.11), and now
whenever someone tries to get a list of their pracs, all the stuff scrolls by
too fast and you can't see everything.  Some people even lose link.

How do I add a page break (like the one in news) so that they can get a chance
to see everything?
