First off... I apologize if this topic has been gleamed over aleady, but
the new version of circle, as you probably already know, uses ascii flags
in the world files to allow for easy editing. the problem that i am
facing is rewriting dikued to allow for this change. If anyone has a
patch, knows what lines to change or add, please let me know. My off line
builder no longer works and i don't have olc working quite right (yet).
