Are there any published specs on what OLC will be?  We are in the 
beginning stages here, just getting set up for 3.x.  I would like to know 
what OLC will allow, so we can decide what sort of system access we 
should prepare for.  Without OLC, what means exists to allow coders to 
access the db without having a full shell account on our system?

I'm sorry if these are FAQ type questions, but I'm a mudOS refugee and 
this is new stuff to me.
