All of GNU's documentation is now done through their Info system. There is a program named info i think that allows you to read the documentation. It is also available through emacs (start emacs, and type "<Meta>-x info"). There is an online version at http://prep.ai.mit.edu/ or somewheres there abouts. There is also a nice reference card available, which probably can be found in the same directory that the emacs reference card can be found on your system (wherever that may be). Eric
