Zone Idling Coding is avaible in SillyMUD and derivants of it.
ftp.math.okstate.edu /pub/muds/servers/silly.tar.gz or 
ftp.cis.ufl.edu/pub/SillyMUD(?) This server is kinnda slow though :)
