Well, To post yet another subject on this list in one of the hardcore areas, I hope that I don't get spammed by all sorts of 'this has no place on the list' mails.. I'm currently running a mud on SunOS 5.5 (System V release 4.0) The idea is to conver the pfile to Linux 1.2x. Now, my question is: * How do I convert the pfile to a binry format that is understandable by Linux ? * Can anyone send me some code examples on how to do it ? * Has anyone done this before, and is willing to share the code with me ? I have no idea whatsoever, how to make such a pfile converter, so if someone has made one allready it would be greatly appreciated, if I could get a copy. d. -- *************************************************************************** * * Visit my homepage: * * Rasmus Rønlev DOEK'94 * http://www.econ.cbs.dk/people/raro94ab * * Student instructor * Visit my Multi User Dungeon (MUD): * * * ns3.ptd.net 5000 or 198.80.46.3 5000 * *************************************************************************** * * * Student, B.Sc in Computer Science and Buisness Administration * * * ***************************************************************************
