Menu Driven OLC?

I read a little while back that someone was coming out with a menu driven 
olc for circle, i was just wondering who that was and if they could mail 
me because i would be interested in seeing what features it uses, my mud
is currently running on samedis olc, which is great, but i would be interested
in seeing this new menu driven olc.
