How can I change the port?

Hello
It's my first time mailing a mail
in a mailing list and if I do a mistake
please forgive me.
I want my circle mud use other port number
and I can't do it.When I execute the
autorun file it use the port 4000 by default.
I edited the autorun set port (?) to other number
for example 5000 but it still use the 4000 port.
How can I change this?
