Hi !!

I am upgrading a mud i inherited from bpl3 to bpl8, and 
was wondering if anyone has written a "file translator" for the 
.wld's, that will change the format of bpl3 to bpl8 and that they 
would be willing to share.

It would be silly to re-write something that has already been written.
