Hi all,

It's 4.00am, and I've got to get up for work at 8am.  But I said I'd
release my new OLC today.

I've just uploaded it to cambot.res.jhu.edu.

The file name is OasisOLCv1.tgz and it's in the incoming directory
of the CircleMUD section at the moment, which is probably not
readable, but hopefully it'll soon get moved to the contrib/code
directory.
