OasisOLC problem

I'm having another problem with OasisOLC.  For some reason, when I 
am linking an area from a game, the exit does not save.  This has 
happened to me twice so far.  Once, in zone 80, room 8000, and once in 
zone 99, in room 9900.  I connect the rooms to where I want them, save, 
and then when the game is rebooted, the exits I just made aren't there.  
I am positive I have saved them, because I have tried this a few times.  
Can anyone help me with this problem?
