Turbo C++ for Windows Ver 3.1

Just downloaded Circle 3.0 and am trying to get it to run on Win 95.
In the documentation, Jeremy says he's got it working using Microsoft Visual
C++ v4.0,
I'm trying to use Borland Turbo C++ for Windows, as its the only C compiler
I have
right now.

Anyone tried to use it before?  If so, what is the dos compiler command?
What changes do I make to the makefile?
