[Circle] 'Purge this description' for rooms

I don't run a mud (YET), but I thought it would be nice to suggest adding a
'purge this description' option to the extra descriptions for rooms.  I mean,
the exits have it; it just seems a little odd to me that once you put a
description in, you can never really delete it, only change it.  humpf.

Only half a cent this time... ;)
