Ok, I added the Bard class to my mud, added the skills I wanted for him, and lo and behold it actually works! I couldn't believe it either, heh! But I do have one problem. When I go to my guildmaster it says I can only practice in my own guild. I copied the code for the guildmaster from the mage guildmaster specs, and just changed the descriptions and the vnum. Somewhere in those specs it's gotta be looking at something.
