OPT_USEC && PASSES_PER_SEC

I have been playing around with the timing of my mud,
and currently have OPT_USEC set to 10000 and PASSES_PER_SEC
set to 800000 (which would be 8 passes per real sec right?)

Does anyone forsee any problems with it set to this?
