Look at the dgjpp archives at http://www.delorie.com/dgjpp . Dgjpp is a
compiler for MS-DOS, but this site will point you to the ftp archives
which incidentally have MSDOS ports of a majority of the GNU utils. Also,
if you can't find it thru there, try http://www.idiom.com/free-compilers/
which has a lot of links to archives of compilers and other related tools,
but ironically most of them are for UNIX.
