This is true, however a guy named dez was nice enough to release his code. I am currently revising it to work with most circlemuds having the improved editor and OasisOLC. I expect to have it completed by Friday. The delay is because I am still trying to perfect the menuing. Thanks again to Dez for his code and assitance in getting it to work on my mud.
