With only a couple simple changes I can Medit again, but zedit new resulted in a crash which I'll be hunting down later: Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault. 0x4007e5a5 in malloc () (gdb) bt #0 0x4007e5a5 in malloc () #1 0x4008fc88 in __DTOR_END__ () #2 0x80d4679 in ?? () Cannot access memory at address 0x7d63. The only other time I've seen malloc() crash (not free()) was during the one month of stack overrun hell I went through. PS - 'make -j' ends up going back to one-by-one unless you do 'make -j ../bin/circle' which is highly annoying. -- greerga@muohio.edu me@null.net | Genius may have its limitations, but stupidity http://www.muohio.edu/~greerga | is not thus handicapped. -- Elbert Hubbard +------------------------------------------------------------+ | Ensure that you have read the CircleMUD Mailing List FAQ: | | http://democracy.queensu.ca/~fletcher/Circle/list-faq.html | +------------------------------------------------------------+
