I would like to know if anyone out there has succeded in compiling Circle using GNU-Win32's version of GCC. When I try it gives me the following errors: gcc -c -g -O2 -Wall comm.c In file included from comm.c:14: sysdep.h:435: warning: `struct rlimit' declared inside parameter list sysdep.h:435: warning: its scope is only this definition or declaration, sysdep.h:435: warning: which is probably not what you want. sysdep.h:477: warning: `struct itimerval' declared inside parameter list sysdep.h:481: warning: `struct rlimit' declared inside parameter list comm.c: In function `main': comm.c:214: warning: subscript has type `char' comm.c: In function `process_input': comm.c:1301: warning: subscript has type `char' comm.c: In function `signal_setup': comm.c:1617: storage size of `itime' isn't known comm.c:1637: `ITIMER_VIRTUAL' undeclared (first use this function) comm.c:1637: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once comm.c:1637: for each function it appears in.) comm.c:1638: `SIGVTALRM' undeclared (first use this function) comm.c:1617: warning: unused variable `itime' gcc: Internal compiler error: program cc1 got fatal signal 33 make: *** [comm.o] Error 1 make: *** [all] Error 2 I'd appreciate any help you could give me (preferably the kind that would get this thing to compile so I don't have to keep ducking between Win95 and FreeBSD :) -Michael Graziano- ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com +------------------------------------------------------------+ | Ensure that you have read the CircleMUD Mailing List FAQ: | | http://democracy.queensu.ca/~fletcher/Circle/list-faq.html | +------------------------------------------------------------+
