Some problems with exp_replacement patch

     Chucky, since our magic hats aren't working, mind saying what the
     blank is on line 1240?  just for kicks look at that line, read it
     carefully, and try to fingure out what is wrong with it.

I used the exp_replacement patch found on the circlemud page.  After
inserting the failed hunks (for some reason it tried putting some things
in act.informative.c that should have gone in act.wizard.c) I tried
compiling it.  It didn't recognize the exp_to_level function so I put it
with the other defines that send functions from utils.c to utils.h.  Now
it give me the funky message:

act.wizard.c: In function `do_advance':
act.wizard.c:1240: called object is not a function
make[1]: *** [act.wizard.o] Error 1

when I compile.  anyone have any clue to what this might be?
