For all those lucky enough to own a Mac, I just uploaded to
/incomming the 3.0 Builder's Manual in DocMaker format.
Not sure if there's a cross platform viwer for it. Maybe someone
on the list knows for sure.
I'll work on it some more breaking out tables into seperate
chapters, etc, as time allows. But due to the purchase of some
recreational vegatables this evening, there were constraints on the ammount
of effort I could put into the project.
