I'm curious what's going on here as i've done a full compile and I DO
run using win95/gnu on my home machine, I've had no problems compiling
it down if you follow the gnu directions that are in the zip. Make sure
you are downloading the zip file and not the gz file and also make sure
your ftp'ing it in binary mode.
