[OLC] OasisOLC v1.6a with oasis.percentage.patch

Hi,

I was wondering if the oasis.percentage.patch on ftp site is compatible
with v1.6a?  I tried to patch it in and virtually all the hunks were
rejected.  Do I just need to do it manually or find one that works with
v1.6a?
