the fast (and maybe not so safe) way:
> cat *.hlp > help.hlp
the slow (but sure) way:
pico help.hlp
use the ^R command to read in the other help files
another way would be to install hedit, but not change the index file for
help..then just type "hedit save"..then remove all entries from the help
index except for help.hlp..
