Hello list.
A friend of mine and I had an idea about increasing the integrity
of CircleMUDs. The idea was to form a CircleMUD Implementor's guild
that
included only those who have taken a step beyond stock circle and have
the
drive, creativity, and skills to create something special. The guild
would
be very special in that it would provide publicity for each of the IMP's
own
MUDs, as well as a forum for new ideas and code. If there is a great
interest
in a bonified CircleMUD Implementor's Guild, a web page will be created
as
well as a seperate mailing list. Think of it as the best of the best
getting
together to reestablish the true value of CircleMUD. Reply to me
privately
if you are interested at roland@interpath.com.
Rules:
1. You must have your own MUD, and it must be readily available.
2. You must have at least some C coding skills.
3. You must be trying to achieve something different from your MUD,
other than stock.
A lot of you fit the bill for that, and I think that if we get
together,
we CAN do something great for the CircleMUD community. Thanks for your
