Well, I am still running beta 11, but I dont think Jeremy Elson would leave a parse error in there. You may have downloaded it from the wrong site, or perhaps have made changes to the code? Try downloading it again at ftp://ftp.circlemud.org/pub/CircleMUD/3.x If it still doesn't work you may have an incompatibility problem with some of the system libraries.
