DG Events is an Event System extracted from Death's Gate MUD (which was by Eric Green and Stefan Wasilewski [OK that's probably not even close, but YOU try to spell it.]). What it allows for is certain events being set to go off at a certain time, after a certain amount of time, at specific/random intervals, etc. This package is available on the FTP site @ ftp.circlemud.org/pub/CircleMUD/contrib/code, and there is a DG Regeneration package which is a good example of usage of the system. DG Scripts include a small, less powerful event system. Erm, I'm out of words. -B.
