Why not just assign snoop to imps then. Or hell, if your the imp, tell
ppl certain rooms are !snoop and just give yourself the command. *shrug*
Any amount of work seems like too much for the purpose of giving people a
place to say bad things about you or your mud without you knowing...shrug.
