Multi attacks: Read you code because I can't. You got MSVC 4.0, trace through the code. Try debugging your problem a little before you ask something here. races: See above, the crystal ball is broke. Snippets: mouse.van.ml.org nifty site even if it needs a nice index that is sorted by date and give one line per snippet for fast scanning. The place seem to lag my browser. remort patch: There are so many ways to implement this. What do you want. Check the above site. That Silly Quasar (whatever) mud hosting site thread. If you are going to thank someone for supporting your point, send it in private mail or include something on topic. This list has enough posts already without needin that clutter. ObCircle: (this is what you need to include (NOT VERBATIM) if you are gonna be off topic) There is a minor bug with containers. If the bag weighs 50lbs and can contain 60lbs, you can only put 10lbs of crap into it. I used an extra GET_OBJ_VAL to store the amount of stuff carried in the bag. (we have 8 total instead of 4-5) To do this, you need to change obj_to_obj(), obj_from_obj(), and perform_put(). ______________________________ Reply Separator _________________________________ Subject: Questions Author: INTERNET:CIRCLE@POST.QUEENSU.CA at CSERVE Date: 9/21/98 10:11 PM All, Ok, I just added multiple attacks to my mud (I added races earlier, but something to that effect comes later), it works great, but only has one problem. At level one you get two attacks, instead of one, and where the max is supposed to be three, the max is four, which you obtain at level 16 (for warriors). Any suggestions? I am using pl 14 with MSVC 4.0 Next question. I added Races! but when I select a race from my menu, it doesn't always select the right race. Any suggestions? What is the location of the snippet site, or was that in the FAQ? Anyone got a nice remort patch I could use?
