We just had *exactly* this question literally two days ago! *sigh* bash/configure should run the script, but it is not going to create the correct conf.h and sysdep.h files, so you'll have to manually edit them both to be correct. Appearently it also has some problems with the makefile, though I don't specifically recall that being a problem on my system (which doesn't mean it wasn't ;) Hey George, can we get this Cygwin B20 problem in the FAQ?
