Im running redhat linux 5.1 with kernel 2.0.35. I check the
/proc/sys/net/core the dir exists but it's empty.

I throught it would be a good way to increase the buffer size instead of
running some external buffer system just increase it here so i could have
buffers bigger than 8kb
