Upon discovery of it I tried.
ftp://ftp.circlemud.org/pub/CircleMUD/contrib/win95/oasiswin95.zip
Which was made for bpl11 and Microsoft Visual C++ v4.0. I tried it anyway
and as expected it did not work.
