IMHO, I think there's enough out there already to help somebody starting...
the WTFaq (*plug*) has a decent supply of resources and answers to questions,
and the Developer site contains all the snippets somebody could need.
Really, consider all the CircleMUD sites out there an ammendment to the
unfinished coding.doc.
