That doesn't work so well if you have a login prompt on your computer and
it restarts itself since 'Startup' only runs on user login.
Adding it to 'RunServices' can be handy in that situation but I don't
remember if it'll show up as a visible task anywhere then. I've not played
with Windows much lately.
