Heya all, As soon as humanly possible I'll be converting
from binary pfiles to Ascii, wanted to know if anyone could make
it any easier with a patch for Circle3.0bpl17.

I've managed to hand patch on an earlier patch level, 11 I believe,
so gimme a holler if you have anything useful.
