I ran a backup of source, and put JUST xapobj's (not iedit).
cirlcebpl17 w/o OasisOLC and put in xapobj's.
Change, int xap_objs = 0, to = 1 in db.c
And it still wotn save my objects?, soit is a problem with xapobjs
