I don't know of any place where you can actually download
groups of skills/spells.
You could try looking at the FTP site, they have a few
snippets there.
I would suggest downloading a couple of the servers found at
the FTP site, some a heavily modified with lots of skills and
spells over stock.
Since they are so heavily modified though, it may take some
creative hacking to get them to work for you.
