Look at do_weather in act.informative.c and copy the
array and the "if (OUTSIDE(ch)) {" section into look_at_room(),
just before the comment /* Now list characters & objects */
That's a start for you anyway, thats with just a quick look
at the code, so make sure it works and makes sense.
