I really suggest getting the latest Cygwin. The install file is small, and
downloads everything for you. I've yet to have a problem with getting
CircleMUD to run on it. Just set it to use DOS filetypes instead of UNIX, or
else you can't edit anything without getting a problem.

It makes things much simpler :P
