Well, unless you implemeted a method of assigning/saving a spec proc during the game itself, you need to assign it through code and also have the mob have SPEC flagged. In spec_assign.c you will see examples of this and so forth. So once you make a special procedure, you can tack it onto some mobiles, objects, rooms whatever fits in spec_assign. I would suggest looking through the ftp site for spec assign, it is a way to assign spec procs and it tells you how to make it save too, only do this if your fairly competent at coding, there are of course, many changes you would need to make for your own mud for it to work.
