ElectricFence Exiting: mmap() failed: Cannot allocate memory

Now, does this mean i do not have enough memory on the computer to handle
using efence?
Or does it mean that efence worked properly, and that during the LOADING of
rooms, it crashed becuase it found some type of bounds error thingy?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry if this has been asked already.

Regards: -PK-
