Hi: We are using circle30bpl19 plus the OasisOLC (which I must say is very cool). I remember reading _somewhere_ that is was possible for lower-ranked immortals to be assigned zones which they could build on but not be able to edit *every* zone. Now I can't find where I read that, and reading throught the source code has not been helpful yet either. Any wisdom is appreciated.
