Can we please get rid of the apply_ac() function in handler.c for stock circle? No doubt most people aren't aware of it and just build their items on the assumption that the AC they set on armor is the AC it will provide. This can easily unbalance certain objects (especially WEAR_BODY items). It's unnecessary and potentially confusing. Or even if you don't want to get rid of it (cause of the return 0 for non-armor items), just have factor = 1 no matter what.
