CircleMUD bpl21 and OasisOLC 2.0.1

Hello..

As I've descussed earlier on this list I've patched in OasisOLC 2.0.1 into
CircleMUD bpl21 code.

I've uploaded both a complete package (with readme) and the lonly patch for it
to the ftp and also send a mail to the circleftp address.

Until its up on that site tho (it was over a week ago) it will be available on
this web: http://www.paddyonline.net/~paddy/CircleMUD/
