That was the plan if nobody knows anything. The problem there is
that the "official" 0.99pl7a is patched against Circle 3.0bpl15 and
includes an early 1999 revision of Oasis in the patch. The latest
patches on circlemud.org for 0.99pl7 are against 3.0bpl19 and
include a contemporary Oasis (circa 2001) or no Oasis depending on
the patch you choose. Also there is a patch on the DG site for
pl6->pl7 but suspiciously no patch from pl7->pl7a, making me think
the only difference is the target Circle bpl.
