I'm trying to compile 30bpl22 for OS/2 Warp 4.52. I have the os2 makefile and conf.h file, but they seem to be for either an older version of circle or a different version of gcc (I'm using 2.8.1). I've tried to contact David Carver (who did the makefile and conf.h for OS/2) unsuccessfully. It _LOOKS_ like my problems are in sysdep.h, with various settings being incorrect or missing, but I'm not really prepared to learn the entirety of the circle code at this time.... There are 5 modules failing to compile (amid a mountain of warnings) - comm.c, act.other.c, db.c, utils.c, and alias.c. The exact lists of error messages are much to long to post unless someone requests them. Has anyone successfully managed this port? FWIW - I also tried to build the same version of circle on Mandrake linux 8.2 - I was able to run configure successfully and I got fewer errors during the make, but that failed too. For an app that has no (that I can find) pre-built binaries, the build seems awfully difficult. What's the secret? Thanks!
