Sounds good to me. Should be a lot less code than the way it's
written now. I've been wanting to write an XML DTD for the various
CircleMUD data files for a long time (world, players, boards, et
cetera) but just haven't gotten up the nerve to tackle it. Still,
any sort of standard parser is better, in my opinion, than a
hacked-together one scattered in the main C source.
