Step 7: Returning unsold lists for credit

Billing

After you receive your Compatibility Lists, you have 30 days to return any unsold lists to us for credit. When we get your unsold lists, we count them and subtract the number of lists we sent you by the number of lists you returned. Then we multiply the result by one-half the price you charged for each list ($.50 minimum). If you chose rush service we add $25, and if you asked us to overnight a customized survey we add another $10.

If we do not receive any unsold Lists from you within 30 days, we will assume that you sold all your Lists, and we will bill you appropriately. We will send your bill to the billing address that you provide on the School Information Form.
