SK>Does anyone know how to copy files from a floppy to a linux system? (I SK>mean without using UMSDOS.) SK>Thanks SK>Sergey Put the files you want on the floppy. Then you need to mount the floppy. Put the floppy in the drive. If it's in drive a, type mount -t msdos /dev/fd0 /mnt It's now mounted. If you need to unmount it when you remove it (before you remove it) type umount /dev/fd0. Hope that helps.
