Have you checked the level constants?? If you dont have LVL_IMPL, LVL_IMMORT, LVL_GOD, and LVL_GRGOD set to the appropriate levels in your structs.h file advancing people to those levels may not work. Also, you may want to check your advance command in act.wizard.c there may be a problem in there. I am not sure if this helps but maybe it will...
